person. Smart devices are non-standard computing devices that are produced or
manufactured by hardware manufacturers, with a human-machine interface and the ability to transmit data and wirelessly connect to a network, including
household smart devices, wearable smart devices, smart devices for air
purification, etc. The term “Applications” refers to those mobile applications
developed by “Fakel” LLC, which provide end users with remote access to Smart
devices and the ability to connect to the “Fakel” LLC platform, IoT Suppliers.
What data we collect
In order to be able to provide you with services, we will ask you to
provide us with the data necessary for this. If you do not provide such
information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.
We admit that at some point, the data we have may be qualified as Personal
Data. However, when collecting and processing the requested data, we do not

or verify the accuracy of the data provided to us. Therefore, we cannot accept
responsibility if, when registering a user of the Product, you indicate

the contract with the user.
